Next row. K1, *yarn over (yo), s1p, p1, rep from * to last 2 sts, yo, s1p, k1.

Next Row. K1, *knit tog next st and loop across st (yo and s1p of previous row), k1, rep from * to last 2 sts, purl tog next st and loop across st (yo and s1p of previous row), yo, k1.

Last 2 rows set patt.

Join right shoulder.

Neckband

With RS facing using 7 mm needles pick upp and knit 63 (67) sts evenly around neckline.

Armhole edgings (both alike)

With RS facing using 7 mm needles, pick up and knit 79 sts evenly around armhole.

Starting with a WS row, work 6 rows in rib as set for back.

Cast off in rib.

Finishing

Join left shoulder and neckband seam. Join side seams and armhole edgings. Block out garment to the measuremen­ts given and place under damp cloths and leave until dry.
