- by Elise Reid

The new generation of technology born out of COVID-19 is set to Australian stores. These clever accessories are going to be loved by those who want to look great on their next Zoom call.

Cygnett's new range of Ring Lights provide a lighting from around your smartphone camera outwards, reducing shadows in the face and minimising blemishes, while also illuminating your eyes. In addition to making you feel more confident during video calls, the Ring Lights are also set to be a coveted product for YouTubers and content creators.

The V-Classic is a two-in-one selfie ring light (with 36 LED bulbs) and smartphone holder. It offers three adjustable lighting modes – white light, warm yellow light, and a mix of the two – with brightness levels. The arms of both the holder and the ring light are adjustable so you can get the perfect angle for you. For greater lighting,

there's V-Glamour – this package includes a 10-inch selfie ring light with 120 LED bulbs, an adjustable selfie stick and tripod with smartphone and camera holder attachments, and a Bluetooth shutter remote that syncs straight to your smartphone. The tripod is collapsible for easy portability.

The V-Pro Travel, designed for professional photography or vlogging, has a 12-inch lighting ring made from 416 LED bulbs, powerful enough to be used indoors or outdoors. The ring is also large enough to place a smartphone or a DSLR camera in the centre. The stand extends to 63 inches, and folds down to 15.3 inches, making it less portable than other Cygnett models.
