EISA AWARDS 2018-2019 GALA

We were pleased to join all our EISA siblings for the Awards Gala which took place in Berlin during IFA 2018 — we have highlighted our Editor among the group shot above. In addition to the presentation of all this year’s awards (see last issue, or avhub.com.au/eisa18), EISA president Paul Miller highlighted the global expansion of EISA to include the US, Canada, Japan, China and, of course, Australia, and the resultant renaming of the organisation, changing ‘European’ to ‘Expert’, as in the new logo shown left. EISA is comprised of Expert Groups for AV Display, AV Sound, Hi-Fi, Mobile, and Photography, making the new name entirely appropriate. A good time was, we think, had by all.
