As a new op­ti­cal disc for­mat, one might have ex­pected early UHD Blu-ray play­ers to be pricey. But to sup­port its suc­cess, a strong set of rel­a­tively in­ex­pen­sive mod­els have emerged, no­tably from Pana­sonic and Sony.
