Southern Gazette (Belmont) - - RESIDENTIAL -

A NEW land sales record was set for a single dwelling lot in Cygnia Cove estate after the successful settlement of lot 257 in Tringa Circle.

The 453sq m riverfront block in the award-winning Waterford development sold for $1 million in April.

Richard Noble & Company land sales and marketing manager Martin Hadodo said the location, near water, schooling options and recreational facilities, made it a premium estate in a prime south-of-theriver location.

“The estate is greatly complemented on its pleasing aesthetics and quality-built homes,” Mr Hadodo said.

“Visitors can easily imagine raising a family in such a thoughtfully planned community.

“Now that spring has arrived, we expect to see an increase in visitors through our estate and display village and we look forward to welcoming them.”

Cygnia Cove stage four is now selling and all lots are titled and ready to be built on.

Lots start from $590,000 and include a fencing and landscaping package, as well as a $5000 “green” bonus to offset sustainability inclusions as part of the community’s design guidelines.
