Tocumwal The mens’ Wed­nes­day sta­ble­ford comp was on the Cap­tains course with 137 play­ers tak­ing part.

The high­light was Hugo Jankov’s ea­gle on the 13th hole.

The comp win­ners were A grade Peter Hutchins five up, B grade Peter Amor six up, C grade Col Mawd­s­ley five up and D grade Peter Ni­chols a vis­i­tor from Waver­ley GC four up.

Near­est the pins Martin Studwick and Ed. Scharkow.

On Tues­day the ladies played four-ball, best­ball stroke on the Pres­i­dents course.

The win­ners on a count-back were Gayle Blakey and Mary Smith with 62 nett from Shel­lie Clark and Ma­ree Doyle.

Near­est the pins Sandie Cock­ayne, Mar­lene Bai­ley,Anne Brown and Mar­garet Lem­s­ing.

Balls went to 66 on a count-back.

Satur­day’s med­ley was on the Cap­tains course with 46 ladies and 48 men tak­ing part.

The win­ners for the ladies were A grade Lynne Parry 41 points, B grade Rose­mary O’Brien 44 points.

Men A grade Ian Vize 39 points B Grade Matthew Len­nox 42 points.

Near­est the pins Mary Mur­doch and Ian Vize.

On Sun­day 69 men played sta­ble­ford on the Pres­i­dents course.

Win­ners were A grade Kevin Clark 41 points, B grade Kevin Morey 43 points, C grade Nevel Finn 42 points. Near­est the pin Hugo Jankov.
