Join in the Tocumwal Mother’s Day fun run and walk this Sunday.

The Mother’s Day Classic is held in all capital cities and 42 regional locations across Australia.

The local circuit starts at 10am from the Recreational Reserve in Tocumwal.

The track involves two distances, a 4km walk or run and an 8km run, along a picturesque location of the Murray River.

The 8km run crosses the river into the State Park making it an interstate event.

Come join in the entertainment at the course with plenty of race prizes and giveaways, plus food and drinks available to purchase with all proceeds to help raise money for breast cancer research.

Get involved by volunteering and come along to support the walkers and runners.

There will be plenty of opportunities to help with registration, drink stations and marshalling.

Details are available online at www.mothersdayclassic.com.au/events and then click on ‘Tocumwal’ for more event and registration details.

Online registrations are open until 12pm today or register on the day from 9am.
