Christmas season arrives in Berrigan
The BDDA Christmas Market Night will be held on Friday, December 7.
There will be entertainment for the whole family and a great night for the town.
There will be stalls, food available from Blue Door Cafe, bakery and Smithy’s Cafe.

●●● Australian Red Cross and Berrigan Branch will be celebrating its 100th Centenary in 2014.
The Berrigan Branch is looking for Red Cross memorabilia to help fill in the years.
Newspaper clippings, photos and personal items would be appreciated.

●●● A reminder that the Red Cross meeting today is at Amaroo Hostel starting at 1.30pm.
As the group are hosting afternoon tea, a plate of goodies would be appreciated.
●●● Berrigan Red Cross is holding a Summer Appeal on Friday, November 23.
Donations of cakes, produce and more would be greatly appreciated for the street stall.

●●● Berrigan swim squad has commenced and training will be on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 6pm during school term and 7pm during school holidays.
All ages are invited to join with the only requirement being the ability to swim 25 metres.

●●● The Pyle family was saddened to hear of the death of Hazel Gordon (nee Pyle) last Thursday, November 15.
Hazel is the sister of Frank Pyle and Dot McClellan who pre deceased her.
She is the mother of Georgia Gillam, Sandra Groark (dec) and Penny Coxon.
