Nash named best again
Young-gun netballer Paige Nash has gone back-to-back, taking out this year’s Jerilderie Netball Club A grade best and fairest.
It was a mirror image of last year’s count with defender Zoe Stephens finishing as runner-up again.
It was an impressive year for 16 year-old Nash finishing runner-up in the Picola & District League’s best and fairest vote count as well.
The goal attack started playing netball at the age of nine years old for Jerilderie and has been a representative player the for U17 PDFNL, Barrellan and District and most recently Goulburn Region.
It was centre Kiara Keating who once again earnt the coach’s award in A grade after a fantastic year in the midcourt. Other results: B Grade: B&F - Kendall Purcell, Runner-up - Tia Williams, Coach’s award - Sara Smith.
