Tocumwal Pub­lic School an­nounces 2019 SRC

The stu­dents of Tocumwal Pub­lic School have elected their Stu­dent Rep­re­sen­ta­tive Coun­cil for Se­mes­ter 1, 2019.

Each class voted for two stu­dents to rep­re­sent their class on the SRC.

The SRC will meet ev­ery week to or­gan­ise fundrais­ing ven­tures to raise money for se­lected char­i­ties and school-based projects.

It will be su­per­vised this year by Meg Gille­spie and sup­ported by school cap­tains Remmi Ward­law and Char­lie Locke.

An­other round of elec­tions will be held in sec­ond se­mes­ter pro­vid­ing the op­por­tu­nity for a fur­ther two stu­dents per class to par­tic­i­pate. Kinder­garten will choose rep­re­sen­ta­tives in sec­ond se­mes­ter.

SRC for 2019: School Cap­tains - Char­lie Locke and Remmi Ward­law; Year 6 - Tay­lor Wal­dron and Rory Shep­herd; Year 5 - Liam Sut­ton and Cody Palmer; Year 4 - Lilly Baron and Heath Mansell; Year 3 - Lu­cas Baron and Milly Beatt; Year 2 - Max Haynes and Har­ri­son Wil­son; and Year 1 - Ava Shep­herd and Oliver East.
