Gowans’ top C-reserve B&F
Sisters Peta and Paula Gowans have topped the Murray Football Netball League’s C-reserve medal count.
Peta claimed the grade’s Best & Fairest at the weekend with 35 votes, with Paula not too far behind with 30 to take runner-up.
The Gowans sisters were part of a large contingent of Finley Football Netball Club members who were invited to attend the awards ceremony at the Moama Bowling Cub on Sunday.

Football:
Under 14s - The Best & Fairest went to Mikael Corso (Cobram), 44.
Under 17s - Finley’s Liam Rafferty polled 21 votes in the leaderboard. The B&F went to Lucas Roberts (Cobram), 30.
O’Dwyer Medalists - Brodie Ross (Nathalia) and Nicholas Jamieson (Tongala), 25.
Netball:
Under-13s - B&F winner was Zioni GarlingMathyssen (Rumbalara), 31. Finley results - Amelia Hay (15); Bella Rourke (4); Madelynn Price, Maisee Amer, Matilda Burton, Sophie Urquhart (3).
Under-15s - B&F winner was Ava Richards (Deniliquin), 22. Finley results - Olivia Thompson (12); Charlotte Rafferty (7); Milena Sneddon, Lillian Baker (3); Addison Clarke (1).
