Hurry to catch ex­hi­bi­tion

Southern Telegraph - - News - Rock­ing­ham Vis­ual Arts So­ci­ety pres­i­dent en­cour­ages peo­ple to view its ex­hi­bi­tion at Rock­ing­ham Arts Cen­tre this week.

Art lovers are en­cour­aged to get in quick to view the Rock­ing­ham Vis­ual Arts So­ci­ety’s ex­hi­bi­tion at the Rock­ing­ham Arts Cen­tre be­fore it ends on Sun­day.

Pres­i­dent Judy Kirk­patrick said at 39 years old, the RVAS was Rock­ing­ham’s long­est run­ning

She said its 36 mem­bers had been work­ing on their own projects for the ex­hi­bi­tion, which in­cluded a va­ri­ety of medi­ums and ranged from be­gin­ners to those who had been prac­tis­ing art their whole life.

The ex­hi­bi­tion is open to the public from 9.30am to 4pm ev­ery day and some of the works are for sale.
