Those hun­gry for gourmet Mex­i­can food can get their fill at the new Mad Mex store in Bal­divis.

Mad Mex fo­cuses on cus­tomised bur­ri­tos and tacos, and make it their busi­ness to cre­ate a meal to suit cus­tomers’ tastes and nu­tri­tional re­quire­ments.

Cus­tomers can choose a bur­rito, que­sadilla, na­chos or tacos and pick from a de­li­cious se­lec­tion of fill­ings, which in­clude chicken, beef, chorizo, steak, pork or a veg­e­tar­ian op­tion.

Topped with salsa and gua­camole, these de­li­cious meal op­tions are sat­is­fy­ing and com­pletely cus­tomis­able.

Mad Mex is pas­sion­ate about Mex­i­can food and cul­ture, and Bal­divis store owner Jason Roberts said his staff were trained and ready to pro­vide healthy meal choices, in­clud­ing gluten-free op­tions, to lo­cal cus­tomers.

“At Mad Mex it is all about hav­ing fun and we are proud to pro­vide great ser­vice and a great prod­uct,” he said.

Cus­tomers also have the op­tion to join the Los Lo­cos se­cret so­ci­ety, where points can be re­deemed for Mad Mex favourites and ex­clu­sive of­fers and dis­counts are avail­able.

The Bal­divis Mad Mex store opened in June and is the sixth store to open in WA. It is in Stock­land Bal­divis Shop­ping Cen­tre and open seven days a week.
