State let down by ‘arrogant’ leadership

Southern Telegraph - - Opinion - P. Bradshaw Warnbro

Steve Cruden hit the nail squarely on the head in “Pipeline needed to remedy water issues”, (Telegraph, 14/10) when he cites the Burswood Stadium, Elizabeth Quay and the Roe Highway extension as being more important to our State Government than a reliable supply of water.

Add to this list the emperor’s office, a new bridge over the Swan River just to service the new stadium and a new train station just to service the new stadium and it is easy to see that this arrogant, Barnett-led State Government just doesn’t care about the people of this once-great State.
