Nominations are open for the 2016 Premier’s Australia Day Active Citizenship Awards and the City of Mandurah is encouraging people to name someone who has provided an outstanding service to the community.

Nominations close on Friday, November 27, and the City seeks individuals, groups and organisations that make a positive, active contribution to the Mandurah community.

The winners will be announced at a special ceremony on Mandurah’s Eastern Foreshore on Australia Day next year.

The awards foster, recognise and celebrate significant contributions to community life and active citizenship.

Nominate online at mandurah.wa.gov.au/australiaday.htm, or for further information contact the City’s events team on 9550 3840 or [email protected]durah.wa.gov.au.
