Fun day marks end of year

Stu­dents from Rock­ing­ham Beach Ed­u­ca­tion Sup­port Cen­tre vis­ited Kwinana Ad­ven­ture Park for their an­nual Fam­ily Fun Day ear­lier this month.

The Fam­ily Fun day in­vites fam­i­lies and stu­dents to en­joy time with one an­other.

Rock­ing­ham Beach Ed­u­ca­tion Sup­port Cen­tre prin­ci­pal Mar­garet Keen said the day also gave par- ents the op­por­tu­nity to so­cialise with other par­ents and teach­ers while kids en­joyed them­selves.

“It’s an op­por­tu­nity to thank par­ents and fam­i­lies for their con­tri­bu­tion to the school through­out the year and cel­e­brate the end of year,” she said.

“We had a big year... we were one of the four fi­nal­ists for the WA Pri­mary School of the Year Award. We’re look­ing for­ward to an­other big year.”
