City of Rock­ing­ham has re­ceived a pro­posal for a 7-Eleven ser­vice sta­tion in Bal­divis.

Ur­bis has lodged an ap­pli­ca­tion to build a con­ve­nience store and show­room at Lot 158 Nairn Drive, a 2125sqm va­cant lot on the south­ern cor­ner with Atwick Ter­race.

The ap­pli­ca­tion pro­poses a 204sqm 7-Eleven con­ve­nience store, three bowser fuel pumps with 9.6mwide canopy, stor­age rooms, bath­rooms, of­fice, lock­able ser­vice yard, bin store and un­der­ground fuel tanks.

The show­room pro­posal in­cludes a 151sqm ten­ancy, in­clu­sive of the main show­room, bath­room and lock­able bin stor­age area, and 21 car park­ing bays.

The ap­pli­ca­tion will be sub­ject to a Joint De­vel­op­ment As­sess­ment Panel de­ci­sion.
