Whether it is used in case of a fall or a more serious situation, the alert pendant includes a simple one-button design which the user just has to hold down and the device will notify their loved ones.

The device also includes a two-way speech function, allowing people to communicate with each other.

It is also waterproof and has a falldown function.

Sold locally by Clair Carter, who started selling the devices after using a similar product for her children, she said she felt there was a need in the community for the product, which provided peace of mind to seniors and their families.
