Cosplay, jewellery and art workshops part of library fun
Activities aimed at teens are taking place at City of Rockingham libraries throughout November.
A cosplay Game-con is being held at Rockingham Central Library on Friday, November 9, for ages
From 5-7pm, 10-16-year-olds can take part, while from 7.30-9.30pm,
16 to 24-year-olds can dress up in their best cosplay, test out new VR gaming systems and other tech, and challenge themselves to escape rooms and other games.
Safety Bay Library will be hosting a Coachella-inspired charm bracelet workshop on Thursday, November 15, from 4.30pm for 13 to 17year-olds.
Wicked Wall Art on Tuesday, November 20, from 5-7pm at Warnbro Community Library, will allow 13 to 17-year-olds to make their own art piece using watercolour and foil techniques for a “shabby chic” finish.
