Born and raised in the Rockingham area, Mace Energy Method practitioner Peter Balde is committed to helping people become their “true self”.

With more than 15 years experience, Mr Balde first discovered MEM in 2002.

“I saw a couple of sentences in a newspaper advert, which caught my eye and I booked a session with MEM founder John Mace,” he said.

“The session had an amazing impact on me and it helped me clear some minor and major life issues.” With a clear head, Mr Balde decided to leave his job of 14 years to train in MEM — a technique that helps people emotionally heal without disclosing personal details.

“You can’t change what has happened in your life, but you can change how you feel about it,” he said.

“With MEM there is no need for selfdisclosure — with no long and often painful discussions about the past.

“You are guided by the MEM practitioner to follow a simple set of mental exercises.”

He said MEM helped people to clear their negative identities with a small number of two-hour sessions via Skype or face-to-face consultation.

The Mace Energy Method is a recognised complementary therapy and is professionally endorsed.
