Scooter robbery

Rockingham detectives are investigating a robbery in Port Kennedy on Saturday, January 26.

About 10.30am the victim, a 17- year- old boy, met with a friend in a park adjacent to Nunton Place and Benbecula Loop.

He travelled to the park on his white 2015 Her Chee scooter.

While speaking to his friend, he heard someone try to start his scooter and saw two men at the western side of the park.

One had his scooter and the other had another scooter.

One demanded the keys to the victim’s scooter and produced a knife.

The victim and his friend refused to give them the keys and the two men left with the scooter.

One of the men was described as a fair- skinned man in his early to mid- 20s, 180cm tall, of slim build with yellow- coloured hair, star- shaped tattoos on his neck and wearing a Gucci cap.

The other was described as a fair- skinned male, about 157cm tall, with stocky build and short black hair, wearing black shorts and a black T- shirt.

Anyone with any information on the above cases is asked to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at crimestopperswa. com. au.
