YOUTH Week 2018 and Stanthorpe was full of fun activities.

The event kicked off on April 6 with Park Beats while last week was jam packed with everything from pottery at the art gallery to hanging out at the Youth Centre with the Granite Belt Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Corporation for a day of dance, art and hip hop.

There was even an event for juggling.

The week dedicated to the Granite Belt’s young was perfectly timed to be held during the school holidays.

One organiser Texas De Vries said he wanted to see more events like these more often in Stanthorpe.
