Holiday appeal on target

Stanthorpe Border Post - - LIFE | COMMUNITY -

CHRISTMAS time may be for family and friends, but it is also a time to look out for those less fortunate.

For the 28th consecutive year, UnitingCare Queensland and Target are partnering for a Christmas appeal to brighten the holiday period for those experiencing hardship.

People can contribute to the appeal by buying a bauble for $2 at Target or by donating an unwrapped gift and leave it at Target.

Members of the Uniting Church will collect the donations and distribute them to families in need.

Every gift and contribution will make a huge difference to those in need in the Stanthorpe area this Christmas.

Give Carol Morrison a call on 4681 1997 for more information.

The Target UnitingCare Christmas Appeal runs from now until Christmas Eve.

■ Target Stanthorpe is at 42 Maryland St, Stanthorpe.
