ADAM WARD 1966 MERCURY COMET CYCLONE GT

Street Machine - - Readers’ Rockets -

“I’VE been the owner of what is affectionately known as ‘Tha Tank’ for over five years now, and at least once a day during that time I’ve dreamed about what I can do to it next. So far it’s received a Boss 302 crate motor direct from Ford Racing, with a Holley 600 vac-sec on top of a two-inch spacer and Holley dual-plane intake manifold. Backing the donk is a pan-fill C4 with Stage 2 shift kit operated by a B&M Z-gate shifter. Inside there’s a pair of Recaro buckets with OMP four-point harnesses, re-trimmed dashtop, and a full set of Auto Meter American Muscle gauges. XD Falcon drop spindles and discs have been put on the front, and the rims are 17-inch CTWS.” Photos: Viva Photography
