ELECTRIC DREAMS

AM I nuts in being interested in future mechanical and electrical automotive advancements? Is anyone else interested?

I came up with the idea of putting an electric motor from a Tesla or some other electric motor into an Aussie Torana or another V8 drag car, placed just before the diff, with the batteries in the boot or mid-vehicle area for traction enhancement.

Build it, Street Machine. Think of what you could achieve in quarter-mile times with that set-up. Guinness World Record for first hybrid drag car? C’mon, c’mon, do it, do it!
