These filling, delicious rolls were bursting with flavour and texture, an array of Asian culinary delights.

Full of mint, rice noodles, flavoursome prawns, succulent pork, bean sprouts, cucumber and a hint of coriander, these little rolls packed a punch.

Finished with a zingy satay sauce, the rice paper rolls were a delicious taste of Vietnam.
