Hi Stylers, I’m Kate from Clas­sic Beauty Ther­apy, here to give you my top three tips for keep­ing your skin and body hy­drated this win­ter.

1. The old story of drink­ing wa­ter — but I prom­ise it’s true. Af­ter one to two weeks you will see a dif­fer­ence in your skin and you will feel more en­er­gised too.

2. Ex­fo­li­ate — You need to re­move the dry, flaky skin cells from the sur­face so that your mois­turiser can ab­sorb bet­ter and nour­ish your skin. 3. Mois­turise with Clas­sic body lo­tion — Our body lo­tion con­tains nat­u­ral ac­tive in­gre­di­ents like shea but­ter, co­conut oil and hyaluronic acid for deep skin hy­dra­tion.
