For many we are stuck in a cycle: serving others, continuously saying yes to things that do not bring us joy.

So what are we really investing our time in? And is it making us happy? Sit down and see where you are investing your time. Seriously, sit down and write a list. Does it serve you? Does it add value and joy to your life?

Why are you really doing what you are doing? Guilt, to prove something, control?

You will be shocked to see how much time you are wasting on activities and people that do not bring you joy. De-clutter your mind and organise your life. Simply moving the mental and physical energy around you can create space for things that bring you joy. De-clutter things that are holding you back. Old clothing, expired food, old paper work and broken items around the home.

It does not need to be a new year, a new season or a new week to bring a new you to fruition.

It just needs to be a realisation that old habits are not serving you and that a new you will bring you so much more.

A new you, a more aligned you, can conquer so much more and be a more joyful, generous person to those that you truly value.
