DON’T STOP BELIEVIN’

- by Oliva Newton-john

Love this lady. She is a true fighter with a million-dollar smile. It is no wonder that Olivia Newton-john’s book Don’t Stop Believin’ will give you an insight to one of Australia’s mega superstars.

It is a little hard to believe that her career has spanned over 50 years as she never seems to age.

With Grammy Awards to her name, she has also sold over 100 million albums.

Probably best remembered for her hits Banks of the Ohio, Xanadu and Physical, it is with the movie Grease where she played shy Sandy, who falls for Danny Zuko (John Travolta), that launched a cult following that is still popular today.

Her life has been a series of highs and lows — she has faced health issues that would leave many beaten, but like a true professional Olivia has shown courage during her battles with breast cancer.

Her mantra of Don’t Stop Believin’ is synonymous with her approach to life, such as when she set up the Olivia Newton-john Cancer Wellness & Research Centre in Melbourne.

Sharing a story of a brilliant career and such a positive role model from her life is a wondrous journey and one that will leave you a little star struck. Don’t Stop Believin’ is available now in bookstores.
