Banana French Toast

This colourful and fresh dish is certainly a celebratio­n in your mouth.

Two thick slices of flavoursom­e, perfectly cooked French toast are topped with creamy ripe banana, strawberri­es, blueberrie­s, raspberrie­s, flakes of coconut and roasted pistachios.

If this wasn’t enough already, the dish is topped with cinnamon cream and drizzled with mixed berry compote or Nutella sauce.

The dish is perfectly balanced between sweet and tart bursts, with the cinnamon cutting through any richness for a smooth finish.

Haloumi Stack

This meal is a true comfort dish all year round.

Generous slices of bread topped with basil pesto, sautéed mushrooms, roasted cherry tomatoes, grilled haloumi, avocado and a balsamic glaze, it brings joy from the inside out while remaining light enough to enjoy even on the hottest summer days.

The balsamic glaze is not so strong as to drown out the other flavours in this dish, with the roasted tomatoes bringing a burst of fresh sweetness.
