A howl­ing, rolling-on-the-floor-with-tears- stream­ing-down-your-face laugh is the big­gest burner, get­ting rid of 120 calo­ries per hour. Belly laughs zap 100 calo­ries per hour and even a sneaky chuckle will wipe 20 calo­ries if you do it for 60 min­utes. Need more in­cen­tive to get your gig­gle on?
