Want abs like Pip Edwards? The 40-year-old mother and P.E Nation co-founder says she owes hers to Sydney-based Pilates guru Kirsten King from Fluidform. “I do a private session two to three times a week, and when I can’t make it in, the Fluidform At Home program is incredible. There is a 15-minute ab burner that does wonders,” she tells Body+Soul. Her tips for your own washboard aren’t all physical, though. “Be in your own skin. Know your body and what works for you. Connect to how you feel and know your own journey is your unique story – so wear your story with pride. I love feeling strong from the core, to have the confidence to stand tall, and to know my body is fit. It’s what empowers me from the inside out.”
