Mel­bourne’s Ho­tel Wind­sor is giv­ing its fa­mous af­ter­noon tea a fes­tive twist. Head pas­try chef Jérémie Par­men­tier has added a tur­key rib­bon sand­wich, Christmas pas­tries and mac­arons to the three-tiered plate stand for Christmas af­ter­noon tea, be­ing served in the din­ing room over­look­ing Spring St un­til De­cem­ber 31. Even the scones get a mixed peel makeover. Avail­able Mon­day-Fri­day ($75) and Satur­day and Sun­day ($99 in­clud­ing dessert buf­fet).
