Melbourne’s Hotel Windsor is giving its famous afternoon tea a festive twist. Head pastry chef Jérémie Parmentier has added a turkey ribbon sandwich, Christmas pastries and macarons to the three-tiered plate stand for Christmas afternoon tea, being served in the dining room overlooking Spring St until December 31. Even the scones get a mixed peel makeover. Available Monday-Friday ($75) and Saturday and Sunday ($99 including dessert buffet).
