The Gold Coast has been hanging out for a bar like Las Palmas – a hip Latin bar with views over the waves at Palm Beach that isn’t (yet) overrun by 20-year-old Instagrammers. Sit at the bar, order share plates and talk to staff who aren’t too cool to chat. But for all of that, nothing beats its Margaritas, especially the jalapeño version.
