The new 244-room Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street has opened its doors in the restored 1931 heritage-listed Equity Chambers building in the Melbourne’s CBD. In the former grand banking hall chef Sam Moore will serve an Italianate menu at Luci restaurant, while cocktails, Cognac,Champagne and more is served in the plush Douglas Club. hilton.com
