It might share a name (and address) with one of Melbourne’s most popular restaurants, but make no mistake, when you climb the stairs to Cumulus Up, a very different world awaits at star chef Andrew Mcconnell’s dark and sexy wine bar.
The food, always good, is now better than ever. Fat langos (Hungarian fried dough) topped with confit trout are hot on the heels of something from the extensive, well-priced, worldly cellar recommended by switched-on staff.
