Tash Oak­ley re­veals her favourite butt work­out.

My health­i­est habit is… my life­style. I in­sist on eight to nine hours of sleep ev­ery night and can­not live with­out reg­u­lar work­outs, healthy food and lots of wa­ter. My phys­i­cal and men­tal health is my num­ber-one pri­or­ity be­cause I am my busi­ness at the end of the day and no-one can show up in my place if I am down and out.

I re­lax by… tak­ing a bub­ble bath with a glass of red. The best ad­vice I ever got was… to truly ap­pre­ci­ate how lucky I am to be healthy and in turn to take care of the pre­cious gift I’ve been given. Health is some­thing a lot of peo­ple take for granted, but I think if you put your­self in the shoes of oth­ers who aren’t so lucky, you start to be more thank­ful for what you have and nat­u­rally take bet­ter care of it. On my work­out playlist you’ll find… a pretty ran­dom mix from No Doubt to Drake. Mu­sic is a re­ally im­por­tant part of my work­out. I al­ways push harder when I’m go­ing with the rhythm. My favourite health app is… Peaches Pi­lates. I love its pos­ture rou­tine and butt work­out!

To me well­ness

means… be­ing in tune with your body and giv­ing it what it’s ask­ing for. Pay at­ten­tion to the signs it gives you; to slow down, to eat health­ier or to be more ac­tive. A lot of peo­ple are run­ning on empty, but that never lasts.
