My healthiest habit is… setting strong boundaries with toxic people. It’s incredibly difficult at the start but will be the greatest gift you ever give yourself.

I relax by…. being alone. I’m an introvert and need to be alone to recharge.

The best health advice I ever got was… cut inflammatory foods with gluten and sugar to help with endometriosis.

The fitness item I can’t live without is… my skipping rope – this is new for me, but I love it and it’s portable.

My secret to a good night’s sleep is… breathing exercises. I’ve struggled with sleep for a long time and took sleeping tablets occasionally to help. I haven’t needed a sleeping aid since.

I want to thank my body for… birthing my miracle baby, Fox.

A health fad I got sucked in by was… the Atkins Diet – cringe. Hello, stinky breath and constipation.

I’m most proud of… What Women Want, a speaker series of authentic conversations with brilliant leaders.

I’m inspired by… my husband, the literal meaning of the rising phoenix.

To me, wellness means… balance, joy and presence.
