My health­i­est habit is… set­ting strong bound­aries with toxic peo­ple. It’s in­cred­i­bly dif­fi­cult at the start but will be the great­est gift you ever give your­self.

I re­lax by…. be­ing alone. I’m an in­tro­vert and need to be alone to recharge.

The best health ad­vice I ever got was… cut in­flam­ma­tory foods with gluten and sugar to help with en­dometrio­sis.

The fit­ness item I can’t live with­out is… my skip­ping rope – this is new for me, but I love it and it’s por­ta­ble.

My se­cret to a good night’s sleep is… breath­ing ex­er­cises. I’ve strug­gled with sleep for a long time and took sleep­ing tablets oc­ca­sion­ally to help. I haven’t needed a sleep­ing aid since.

I want to thank my body for… birthing my mir­a­cle baby, Fox.

A health fad I got sucked in by was… the Atkins Diet – cringe. Hello, stinky breath and con­sti­pa­tion.

I’m most proud of… What Women Want, a speaker se­ries of au­then­tic con­ver­sa­tions with bril­liant lead­ers.

I’m in­spired by… my hus­band, the lit­eral mean­ing of the ris­ing phoenix.

To me, well­ness means… bal­ance, joy and pres­ence.
