My healthiest habit is… meditation. It clears my mind, reduces my anxiety, helps me keep things in perspective and brings my dreams to life.

I relax by… gardening and listening to music.

The fitness item I can’t live without is… good running shoes. I’m not a spring chicken anymore, so I need supportive shoes for the Carman’s Women’s Fun Run.

On my workout playlist you’ll find… lots and lots of Oprah! I listen to podcasts when I run.

I’m most proud of… the way my husband and I model the importance of exercise and good mental health to our daughter Molly-rose.

my girlfriend Emma Watty – she has an angel baby Sylvie who grew her wings at 14 months, and Emma has used exercise to help process her grief. She inspires me every day with how she’s used running, ocean swimming and walking to restore her spirit.

To me, wellness means… a still mind, a strong connection
