I’m most proud of… the way my husband and I model the importance of exercise and good mental health to our daughter Molly-rose.
my girlfriend Emma Watty – she has an angel baby Sylvie who grew her wings at 14 months, and Emma has used exercise to help process her grief. She inspires me every day with how she’s used running, ocean swimming and walking to restore her spirit.
