Daniel Macpherson on why men need to talk about mental health, plus sleep mists to help settle babies

Sunday Herald Sun - Stellar - - /wellness -

My favourite health app is… Headspace. I’ve been using it for a few years now. At one point, I meditated every day for a year and a half, but I’ve been a bit inconsistent recently. It feels like coming home to hang with an old friend.

I’m most proud of… my family first and foremost. Right now

I’m most proud of being a part of The 20/20 Men-tality Project, which is an incredible initiative to destigmatise the notion that it is unmanly to ask for help, and promoting men’s mental wellbeing.

I’m inspired by… people who haven’t come from a sporting background who walk into a gym, Crossfit class or swim squad for the first time. It can be intimidating, and takes a lot of guts.
