Curvy Christina Hendricks, 38, works out three times a week with a personal trainer and her actor husband Geoffrey Arend. “It’s amazing how quick an hour can go by when you work out with someone you love,” she says. She does interval training on the treadmill and is a fan of the Bosu Balance Trainer, an inflatable ball that’s flat on one side and works to improve strength and balance when you do exercises on its unstable surface. “I’m really into the Bosu ball – I do weights and squats on it,” she says.
