WHY The shoulders get a great stretch and it improves posture. HOW Lowering from the Sphinx, bend your right arm to the side at a right angle, elbow in line with that shoulder. Place your right ear to the floor and your left hand below your left shoulder. Lift your left leg up and back as you roll the left shoulder to the sky. Let that foot float or touch the toes to the floor behind you. If this is too intense, do the stretch with your right arm straightened over your head. Hold for 10 breaths then repeat on the other side.
