Follow this guide to keep your heart healthy. Pre­vi­ous re­search sug­gested that drink­ing in mod­er­a­tion – one drink a day or less – was good for the heart. But a study pub­lished in a Bri­tish med­i­cal jour­nal re­vealed even light drinkers can re­duce their risk of coronary heart dis­ease by cut­ting down, so have at least two al­co­hol-free days a week.
