Follow this guide to keep your heart healthy. Previous research suggested that drinking in moderation – one drink a day or less – was good for the heart. But a study published in a British medical journal revealed even light drinkers can reduce their risk of coronary heart disease by cutting down, so have at least two alcohol-free days a week.
