The 40 min­utes I spend on a train each day is pre­cious. Why? Be­cause it’s just me and my book (and ideally, a win­dow seat). I used to con­sider this a bit of a lux­ury, but Rosie King’s story on the im­por­tance of me-time has changed my think­ing.
