On Fri­day evenings at Fort Ma­son, a for­mer ship­yard that was the em­barka­tion point for World War II Pa­cific troops, up to 30 trucks gather for Off the Grid, SF’s mo­bile gourmet hoo­te­nanny. Ar­rive be­fore 6.30pm or ex­pect 20 minute waits for Chair­man Bao’s roast duck buns, Roli Roti free-range roast chicken, and dessert from the Créme Brûlée Man.
