With ev­ery­thing warm­ing up, plants are able to take up nu­tri­ents more read­ily so you can whip round your gar­den like a three hat chef pro­vid­ing an all-you-can-eat buf­fet for your gar­den. Ever­green plants like cit­rus and daphne will go for a bit of ni­tro­gen in the form of fish juice with a side or­der of Ep­som salts but don’t overdo it on the salt as you can eas­ily burn them. My de­cid­u­ous trees will be get­ting a main meal of an­i­mal ma­nures with lash­ings of blood and bone. Mm­m­mmm.
