A lo­cal take on a savoury South East Asian break­fast pan­cake has been Berta’s most suc­cess­ful dish. It has sat sturdy on the menu for the en­tire five years of the cafe and eatery’s op­er­a­tion. The spring onion pan­cake has free-range sticky pork belly, a fried egg, cu­cum­ber and radish salad, chilli caramel and a se­lec­tion of South East Asian herbs.
