The but­ter­milk pikelets on the break­fast menu at T42 are a vi­sion of sweet break­fast de­light. The are rich in flavour, fluffy and an ever-pop­u­lar op­tion ($16). They are topped with mas­car­pone, berry com­pote and fine Per­sian fairy floss. The fairy floss is beau­ti­fully spun, stringy and fluffy, and not as sweet as the reg­u­lar stuff.
