The Tas­ma­nian Salmon and Mus­sel Salad ($18) has hot smoked salmon, smoked mus­sels, kipfler po­ta­toes, grilled leek, pre­served le­mon, wa­ter­cress, dill and poached eggs. The AsianStyle Duck Salad ($22) has Pek­ing-style roast duck, cu­cum­ber, cashews, wom­bok cab­bage, mint, co­rian­der, pomelo, crispy Asian style noo­dles and a touch of chilli.
