Another puzzler from our great Grenta collector

Sunday Tasmanian - Tassie Living - - Home -

This week’s antique oddity is another belonging to avid collector Chris Smith from Gretna.

It follows the theme of a many of Chris’s collectibles we have featured in recent week’s.

This wooden piece of equipment is curved like a bow and has a slit down the middle from one end to the other.

The slit broadens into a circle at the top end.

A leather strap is attached by its ends to the end of the bow as if it is to be carried or slung over someone’s shoulder.
